While you may have an extremely urgent question or legal problem, because we are students and not members of the professional bar, we simply cannot give legal advice over the telephone. There are, however, a number of services available which may be able to provide the answers you're looking for:

Referrals to lawyers by legal issue. Lawyers charge only $25.00 fee for half-hour consultation. During this time fees are negotiated, but some well-organized questions can get answers.
