Welcome to the website of the UBC Law Students' Legal Advice Program (LSLAP).

LSLAP is a non-profit society run by law students at the University of British Columbia.  We provide free legal advice and representation at clinics located throughout the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

To book an appointment at one of our clinics, please call our switchboard at (604) 822-5791.

As part of LSLAP's continuing community outreach project, we are pleased to offer the complete text of the 2006 Edition of the LSLAP Manual online. The Manual not only provides an outline of the procedures that participating law students are expected to follow, it also presents a considerable body of substantive law with appropriate precedents. Please note that the Manual deals primarily with the laws of the Government of Canada and the laws of British Columbia.
